Tickle Cat came across a delicious puddle of chocolate pudding and take note of it’s making. Here it is:

2 tablespoons sugar

1 table spoon cornstarch

1 cup milk

1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Instructions:

1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
2. Add milk, stir until smooth.
3. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
4. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer or until thickened.
5. Stir in chocolate chips; cook and stir until melted.
6. Remove from the heat.
7. Stir in vanilla.
8. Spoon into dessert dishes.
9. Served warm or chilled.
